Abstract EN

This research paper aims to search for obstacles that prevent the effectiveness and effectiveness of the outcomes of socialization institutions, especially the family and the school, with regard to the development of environmental awareness and preservation of the environment.

Where we found that the family and the school play the role assigned to them with regard to environmental education, but in return, we found that individuals, groups and government institutions do not abide by the responsibilities placed on their shoulders regarding the preservation of the environment, and this is due to cultural backwardness and to the culture of backwardness entrenched in the minds of members of society.
