يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم إحصائيات عن ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية و المعروفة في الجزائر باسم "الحرقة"، فيعرض عواملها و مظاهرها، ثم مختلف التشريعات الدولية و الجزائرية لمحاربتها، وفي الأخير يقترح حلول فعالة لمحاربة هذه الآفة.

Le but de cet article est de présenter les statistiques sur le phénomène de l’émigration clandestine connu en Algérie sous le vocabulaire al harga.il rémunère ensuite ses facteurs et ses manifestations, ainsi que les législations internationales et algériennes adoptés pour combattre ce phénomène.
En fin, des solutions seront suggérées pour lutter efficacement contre ce fléau
