This research aims at knowing the nature of the relationship between prisoners inside the prison environment and between this prisoner and all the crew who mix with him, where the clinical psychologist plays a central and intermediate role between guards and prisoners.

An important role is to re-establish the psychological and social skills of prisoners, including the communication skills that help them solve or avoid the psychological and social problems resulting from the closed environment imposed by prison conditions.

This leads to the development of their mental capacities and skills that will help them integrate after the end of the sentence, and this is where a psychologist requires the use of various types of communication to link and promote human relations in the penal environment.
