This research aims to approach suicide from both a psychological and social point of view, where suicide is one of the most widespread social phenomena in the world, widely practiced by individuals and even groups as a result of perceptions and representations that drive an individual on foot to end his life.

This article will try to address the phenomenon of suicide in contemporary societies, where the author of the article, based on a psychological approach, has examined this phenomenon; its extent, its prevalence in the world (its biological), its behavior, its causes, ways of preventing it, and how to intervene in front of its condition.
