Abstract EN

The contemporary view of institutions places great importance on the concept of investing in intellectual capital, the latter being the main resource of the institution that keeps it in the race for leadership and excellence.

Our study aims to study the impact of investment in intellectual capital on the performance excellence of various Algerian institutions, in particular with regard to the following dimensions: human capital, organizational capital, client capital, and this through a survey of 96 questionnaires, the SPSS statistical program was used to test hypotheses, in addition to a range of other statistical methods.

We have achieved a set of results that can contribute to the development of the investment process in intellectual capital leading to an exceptional performance of institutions.
