Abstract EN

This research observes the efforts of the grammarian Abu Al-Qasim Al-Suhaili (died in 583 AH) in grammatical facilitation through grammatical assets.

The aim is to highlight these efforts through the most important grammatical and morphological issues, in which he criticized the views of the grammarians, and the methods of their inference on the grammatical rules.

The research dealt with two important grammatical assets that Al-Suhaili relied on in dealing with grammatical and morphological phenomena, namely: grammatical reasoning, and the factor theory.

The research was divided into an introduction, a preface, and two sections discussing the reasoning and its impact on grammatical facilitation, and the grammatical factor and its impact on grammatical facilitation.

The research concluded that Al-Suhaili’s grammatical efforts are among the oldest attempts of grammarians in grammatical facilitation, and that regularity and reflection are among the most important characteristics of reasoning.

It was also concluded that the speaker is the real factor, because the speaker is the creator of meanings.

Factor theory has a deliberative function, because it is related to the speaker and the addressee.

Al-Suhaili is the first to notice many issues in grammar like the differentiation between a subject that needs a predicate.
