تعتبر البنية التحتية هي المكون الطبيعي لمشروع الإدارة الإلكترونية، فلا يمكن قيام المشروع بدونها، فكلما كانت البنية التحتية قوية كلما زادت قدرتها على الوفاء بمتطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الحاضر مع استيعاب الزيادة والتوسع المستقبلي.
و تشمل البنية التحتية على تحسين شبكة الاتصالات بحيث تكون متكاملة و جاهزة للاستخدام و استيعاب الكم الهائل للاتصالات في آن واحد
Abstract EN
The infrastructure is the natural component of the e-management project, so the project cannot be undertaken without it.
The stronger the infrastructure, the greater its ability to meet the requirements of e-management implementation in the present while orbing the increase and future expansion.
The infrastructure includes improving the communications network to be integrated and ready to use, and to orb the huge amount of communications simultaneously.
