Abstract EN

This study aims to explain the importance of diligence in the revision of the frame of reference in contemporary issues especially medical ones , and that by explaining the reality of revising frame of reference and some medical issues under it ; such as affiliation with the genetic fingerprint , succinctness cosmetic surgery , nose drop of the fasting person and the purity of the catheter’s owner ; and explaining how the diligence revising the frame of reference in these issues.

The research has summarized the importance of diligence in the revision of the frame of reference and it’s role in determining the frame of reference that affect rule , and this requires an accuracy in diligence , and a deepen in understanding of the issues and their origins , and the role of diligent ,when he revise and designate frame of reference, is consider necessities and needy , and look into the purpose of general and specific sharia in the field of medicine
