Abstract EN

This study sheds light on some of the legal and family problems and some challenges facing Muslims outside their countries of origin, trying to reach some possibilities and suggestions, and approximating the legitimate solutions available to them.

In this study, I used the method of description and analysis of the family reality of this group of Muslims, and then the comparative approach in comparing Islamic legal rule, which is in the positive laws in Europe.

The research is divided into three main axes: The first axis: legal cohabitation, and its challenges in the country of Diaspora.

The second axis: the care and education of children on the right behavior in the land of Diaspora.

The third axis: the right of inheritance between spouses in Islam, and legal conflict in the Diaspora
