This study deals with the role of the system of ezbet in the face of ebadi regression in the Maghreb between the 5th and 8th centuries AH, 11/13 centuries AD, and we highlighted an important issue which is the decline of ebadi in the Maghreb, focusing on the role of azaba in dealing with this regression and the attempt to stop it, we first focused on talking about the spread of Ibadhi and their establishment of the Rustmieh state, and then the factors of Ebadi regressions in the Maghreb, and then the establishment of the ezbet, which was a reaction to What ended up with ebadi in the Maghreb, focusing on their objectives and strategies to face the weaknesses and the decline in the proponents of the ebadi doctrine, and in the last, we valued this role and we discussed the results.
