The colonial authorities resorted to the imposition of the military regime to eliminate all the Algerian resistance to remember, and then the rest of the quiet areas of civil rule from 1871 after the pulse of the Algerian situation towards France and to control it was the administrative system is the actual means for the region to witness a system of municipalities divided by French priorities, a research that guarantees the privileges of the French and the settlers and the neglect of the indigenous people of the original country of Algeria, and in the observation and study of history, we return to a similar existence between the administrative systems of Romanian politics and the same region, Romana imposed the region's administrative policy on settlement expansion after encouraging settlement movements for immigration.
