Abstract EN

This research is about the correlation of and applicable law, concerning some Private International disputes as an exception of non-correlation principle imposed by considerations of coexistence between laws, and the possibility of the application of foreign laws in national courts.

So, we studied two main aspects of this correlation, with their branches, and their justifications, through an analytical method.

And by the end of this research we concluded that this correlation plays an important roles in the respect of sovereignty, the public policy, and achieving justice and effectiveness in resolving disputes, but as an exception to the non-correlation principle which remains dominant.
