Abstract EN

There is a theoretical hypothesis, pretend that international humanitarian intervention, is likely to be approved, for a supposed importance, issued starting from the various abuses practiced by their respective State.

This intervention must be issued by the international Competed Instances.

According to this hypothesis the international community must act in favor of human rights defense, and protection.

The States violating human rights, reveal big concerns about this focus, and an objection because of being conflicting with their national sovereignty, and rejecting outside interference in its national affairs.

The events in ex Kosovo region defines such contradiction, between the cited hypothesis and the principles of sovereignty, where causing tragic human rights violations.
