The issue of presenting the Government's plan of action to the Parliament, is one of the most important controls that determine the nature of the relationship between the Legislative and Executive Authorities.

In light of this relationship, the Government needs the parliament's approval for its Plan of Action, so that it can carry out its executive tasks.

This study aims to shed light on the provisions related to the presentation of the Government's Plan of Action to the chambers of Parliament; through an introduction that highlights the problematic and the methodology of the research.

the first part of research deals with the controls of presenting the Action Plan by the Government to the People's National Assembly, while the second part treats the controls of presenting the Action Plan by Government to the Council of the Nation.

At the end, the conclusion of the study includes a series of results and recommendations
