This article raises the issue of semantics in the field of "Arts and Humanities"; what was significantly tackled in this framework was the overlapping system of concepts between different fields of specialty, and the semantic diversity of the term within a given field.

The focus of the study was on what should be done by the "industry of specialized dictionaries" to overcome semantic problems, beginning with the observation of the term and studying in the context of the text, how to deal with the features of terminological content and how to control both definitions and their order.
