Abstract EN

It was believed that grammar was appointed by Abu al-Aswad alDu'ali by the order of the Commander of the Faithful Ali ibnAbiTalib (may Allah be pleased with him and his family), which is the pillar of the Arabic language and its balance.

After searching and investigating, we found this not correct, the Arabs in the Jaahiliyyah knew the grammar, and wrote their poems in a corrct language, which is the scale who the grammarians and linguists used it in the age of blogging to know the right of wrong forms.

We will deal with this subject through the following topics : knowledge of the old Arabs in grammar, the Basra and Kufic school in grammar, and teaching grammar to non-Arabic speakers.
