Perhaps among them is the idea of managing a civil suit, whose idea boils down to early control of the lawsuit by placing it since its submission under the supervision of a judge or a specialized employee who monitors all procedures The case, starting from its registration process, through exchanging notes, reporting, and completing the evidence, then meeting with the litigants, identifying points of agreement and disagreement, and defining the essence of the dispute, and submitting a report thereof with the minutes of the session to the trial judge, all with the aim of abbreviating the procedural and judicial systems that delay the adjudication of cases.
