This study intends to reasrch the issue of the term as a symbol of critical discoure; Although it is a compressed and economical text, it is intensifid by the intellectual congestion of the nation that produced it and any transfer of it from one culture to anather without awareness of the circumstances of this origination and full awereness in all its aspects will inevitably lead to imbalance, htis is the case of the arab monetarry term, wich lives in a kind of chaos, turmoil, imbalance, and instability.
