Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of artistic design and production technologies in the production of multimedia learning programs in terms of applying these programs in accordance with scientific theories and requirements.

The researcher devoted to make theoretical explanation on the study to show the possibility of achieving these goals.

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approaches for the study and chose the interview as a tool for collecting data.

The researcher interviewed some experts and specialists professors who are six professors’ because it is rare field of specialization.

The researcher came out with conclusion that the use of artistic design methods and production techniques in designing multimedia learning programs in universities do not meet the requirements of e-learning do not and it is more theoretical than practical.

The researcher discovered that this problem was caused by many factors.

Firstly, lack of training to faculty members in universities.

Secondly, artistic design and production techniques voids of aesthetic standards and foundations.

Thirdly, there are some obstacles that prevent the implementation of these programs in the educational environment of Sudanese universities.

Finally, the researcher recommended advocating the trends of professional experts in this field in order to facilitate the applying of artistic design and production techniques and theories in multimedia learning programs.
