The aim of this study is to provide a detailed vision of the production of thought or what may be considered as an introduction to the theory of knowledge of Salafism by reviewing and analyzing the most important features of the methodology in which the Salafist mind produces its holistic statements.

It concluded with the following results: The contemporary Salafi trend, despite the multiplicity of its currents, derives from a previous intellectual product that produced the days of the Arab-Islamic civilization flourishing and did not produce any new idea.
