Abstract EN

The present investigation as entitled "Psychological stress and its impact on making decisions by the Algerian financial manager, " aims to identify the psychological pressures encountered by the Algerian financial managerin the Algerian public banks and the impact on their decision-making such as loansgranting.

Recently- This study is an attempt to identify if the decision-making in the perspective of the financial manager is a source of pressure? Or is the decision-making affected by psychological stress as perceived by the financial manager? The aforementioned questions led to the formulation of the following hypothesis: Is there an impact of the perspective of the financial manager psychological pressure on the decision-making process? In this study, two tools were adopted: the Crazac Stress Test and the decision-making resolution of the researcher's design.

For answering the study questions and hypothesestesting, the researcher implemented the descriptive methodtargeting sample of 55 financial managers.

The study explores if the psychological pressure on the Algerian financial process was affected by its decision-making process- The main results of the study: -The study confirmed the impact of the psychological pressure on the decision-making process of the financial manager- The study was able to prove that the demographic variables did not affect both the psychological pressure and the decision making process.

The study showed that there is no significant effect on the psychological pressure variables and the decision making process in age, seniority, scientific qualification, specialization and sex
