Abstract EN
We are persenting a case of a 76-year-old male with a 5-year history of anterior myocardial infarction, who presented with acute pulmonary edema and was on anti-failure treatment.
He underwent coronary angiography, which revealed total left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion.
Renal artery angiography showed severe bilateral renal artery ostial stenosis.
Ad-hoc direct bilateral renal artery stenting was performed successfully.
He was well throughout the whole follow-up visits up to 12 months.
