Abstract EN

Our study aims to identify the repercussions of violence in the field of school and this by focusing on the interaction in the educational process and the obstacles that may arise from any element of the process from the teacher as a communicator to the learner as a recipient.

Ther efore, we seek to understand the forms of school violence in primary schools and mechanisms to reproduce them through the analysis of some of these relationships and the nature of interaction between them from the administrative contact between the professor and the director and between the teacher and the educational staff and up to its interaction with learners.

The study included two main chapters: the methodological framework and the field framework.

We conducted the field study in the second educational district in Ouargla municipality.

We relied on the descriptive approach and used the technique of an interview form which included 37 questions distributed on four axes: metadata, questions about the nature of administrative communication between the director and the professor, And between the professor and the educational staff and then the teacher and the learner and in the latter questions about the violence practiced by the teacher on the learners, and after testing hypotheses, we concluded that: - The nature of administrative communication between the professor and the director contributes to the reproduction of violence on the learner.

- Interaction of the educational staff with the professor does not lead to the production of violence practitioner on the learner.

- The presence of communication methods exciting by the learner leads to the reproduction of violence from the teacher to the learner.
