The study aimed to find out the developments in the legal system and the arsenal designed to protect children from all violations that may affect or attack the child as he is a minor and unaware and needs care through the guardian, guardians or family foster، In this, we dealt with the conceptual rooting of the child and the family together, in addition to our review of the most important historical developments that have been incorporated, acquired and strengthened thanks to them the legal arsenal ensuring the protection of child rights, starting from the principles of the tolerant Islamic Sharia through most international charters and agreements, and this was done through three main axes, the first of which is the conceptual and theoretical rooting of the concepts of the child The family, and the second is the role of the family as a basic child that cares for the rights of the child according to international treaties and covenants.

As for the last axis, we reviewed the concept of child rights in light of the principles of Islamic law.
