This study aims to try to develop the professional competence of the individual at work as one of the most common organizational concepts in modern organizations, and this contrasts with its direct association with the overall productive process within the various institutions, especially in the light of new intellectual movements which have focused their attention on the individual and considered him as the essence of the organizational process, and this has prompted specialists and decision makers to try to develop training mechanisms and educational processes associated with the development of workers 'skills, particularly in the face of the shortcomings of traditional training mechanisms, so that what is called electronic training has emerged as a new mechanism for developing workers' skills, while ensuring their stability in its organizational environment, and therefore the stability of the institution and ensuring its sustainability and growth within the limits of the current technological revolution.
