In spitte of the importance of voluntary work in the building and development of societies, it does not receive sufficient attention and practice within Algerian society, as we find that there is reluctance and unwillingness to practice it at all levels and fields, so we decided to put the dimensions related to the concept of volunteerism and its importance, And its objectives in addition to the most important obstacles that turn it, and we have given more attention to volunteer work within the field of education and the mechanism of activation and consolidation since the early stages of education, and this is what this paper seeks to answer it.

Malgré l'importance du volontariat dans la construction et le développement des sociétés, celui-ci ne fait pas l'objet d'une attention et d'une pratique suffisantes au sein de la société algérienne, car nous constatons qu'il existe une réticence et une réticence à le pratiquer à tous les niveaux et dans tous les domaines.

Et ses objectifs s'ajoutent aux obstacles les plus importants qui l'entraînent, et nous avons accordé une plus grande attention au travail bénévole dans le domaine de l'éducation et au mécanisme d'activation et de consolidation depuis les premiers stades de l'éducation.
