The right of the child to protection is a right demanded by nature, safeguarded by instinct, protected by all celestial laws, exhorted by international treaties and conventions andorganized by regulations.

A number of legislations, including Algerian legislation, have attempted to introduce awide range of legal regulations, using a set of substantive and procedural legal texts whichhave fixed a fixed age, If not attained, then the child must be protected, either as a victim, delinquent or in danger.

However, as a result of our examination of these main texts, it may be said that they do notfully cover all the forms of protection to which the child must be surrounded.

They are notsufficient to achieve the final aim, Should be combined with effective efforts to provide thenecessary protection.
