The present study aims to shed light on the impact of regulatory control on the rationality of time management in Algerian organizations.

Regulatory control is the structure of rules, regulations, and supervisory system applied by the organization in order to achieve tasks in a manner.

, Which is a process based on planning, organization, coordination, preparation, guidance, follow-up and communication, which is a quantitative and qualitative process together at the same moment, but is mainly directed towards the future and is looking forward to and anticipating its horizons and trends.

The future path means planning for it in the present and planning process in the time management means almost complete control over everything, in order to achieve the objectives of the most important of which Is to achieve goals that in turn reflect the extent and magnitude of the effort and work carried out by the organization, so we will try to highlight the extent to which this effect of regulatory control on the rationality of time management.
