لقد برز الاهتمام بإدارة المعرفة في الفترة الأخيرة على صعيد فكر، و ممارسة الإداريين و ما تمثله من ثروة حقيقة، ودور الفعال الذي تلعبه في مواجهة الازمات لتحقق استمرارية المؤسسة، لذلك هدفت دراستنا الى التعرف على كيفية الاستفادة من إدارة المعرفة في مواجهة الازمات وقد توصلت الدراسة الى تحديد ثلاث نقاط أساسية موائمة الواقع الحالي، تسويق الحلول المعرفية، استثمار الشبكات، حالة ازمة كوفيد 19 كورونا
Abstract EN
The interest of knowledge management has emerged in recent years.
Being keen to crises and making effective actions toward solutions are administrators' unique values for the sustainability of the institution.
Noticing the trends, our study aims to identify how to benefit from knowledge management in crises.
Three basic points are: matching the current reality, marketing knowledge solutions, investing networks in the case of the Covid 19 Corona crisis.
