The era in which we live is characterized by various challenges.

It is an era that has been encompassed by a series of successive changes and developments that impose themselves on societies.

The latter is working to stand up to these challenges by keeping pace with and being open to all the changes that have taken place at all levels, including education, which has witnessed many changes that were evident in the increase in knowledge emanating vigorously of all kinds and all its sources, which required the existence of a directive process.

And indicative for the learner so that he can prepare to receive this amount of knowledge, whether on the academic or professional level.Through this, we find that the learner is the most important element of the educational process that must be focused on and given the opportunity to make decisions and build his personal project, and this matter to achieve it must be by providing a specialized supervisory service that works to provide a good educational environment that represents a fertile medium for various scientific and educational activities
