Partnership considered as the most effective strategy, it is an economic phenomenon emerged by globalization, this is what makes most institutions of any sizes looking to make contracts for partnerships, in order to expands the volume of international exchanges.

Algerian institutions, like the others institutions have recognized the importance and the significant results that can be reached through the establishment of a privileged partnership with a global institutions, and the partnership with the European Union is the best example that we will discuss in this study to clarify the impact of this partnership on the Algerian economy.
