Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to introduce the economics of water resources and to present the reality of this resource in the state of Biskra.

This research concluded that the concerned bodies receive great interest in this resource due to its importance and the fields of its uses.

The research concluded that a large proportion of this resource is used In the agricultural sector due to the nature of the region, where the ratio of this sector is 86%, and the proportion used on the home side is equivalent to 14%, and 1% is used in the industrial sector.

It has been noted that the water resource in the state of Biskra affected by semi-dry climatic conditions and the lack of rainfall and fluctuation, and this is why local bodies are working to implement everything that would improve the good management of this resource.
