المعرفة و أثرها في فعالية عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية : دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من المدراء في المصارف الجزائرية

Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the impact of knowledge on the effectiveness of the managerial decision making process in Algerian banks, and to identify how do they rely on the on knowledge to perform their tasks, as well as the effectiveness of management decision-making process of the Algerian banks.

To achieve the goals of the research, a questionnaire was built anddistributed to the study sample which was about 7 banks out of 20banks acting in the bank market in Algeria.

The questionnaire wasdistributed to the managers of these banks, the total number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was 76 questionnaires.

They were treated using the data statistical program SPSS.

The most prominent findings of the research have shown the existence of a significant effect of knowledge on the effectiveness of managerial decision-making process, and the tacit knowledge correlation coefficient was greater than the explicit knowledge correlation coefficient.
