يعتمد هذا البحث على دراسة ل 66 شركة غذائية.
هذه لدراسة ذو طبيعة نوعية، حيث أن البيانات التي تم تحليلها تتألف من مقابلات شبه توجيهية مع المديرين، وقد تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج Modalisa.
يقودنا تحقيقنا إلى استنتاج أنه على الرغم من أن هذه الشركات تظل مدركة لقضايا التخلص من النفايات و ممارسات Leanالمختلفة، فإنها تظل غير منظمة للتخلص من المواقع التي لا قيمة لها و تحسين تدفق المخزونات و المواد.
Abstract EN
This research is based on a study of 66 foodcompanies.
The approach is of a qualitative nature, the analyzed data being essentially discursive, consisting of semi-directive interviews with the managers, the data processing was done using Modalisa software.
Our investigation leads us to conclude that even though these companies remain aware of the issues of eliminating waste and different Lean practices, they remain unorganized to eliminate worthless spots and optimize the flow of stocks and materials
