تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تأثير الريع الاقتصادي (النفطي) على تأخر التنمية في البلد، فرغم العوائد المالية الضخمة جراء ارتفاع أسعار النفط إلى أن الملاحظ هو زيادة الإنفاق الحكومي بشكل كبير خصوصا في قطاع الخدمات (الإنفاق الاستهلاكي) على حساب القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى كالصناعة و الزراعة، و هذا ما عالجته نظرية العلة الهولندية
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to show the impact of economic rent on oil development delay in the country, Despite the huge financial returns due to the high oil prices, it is noticeable that government spending has increased significantly, especially in the services sector (consumer spending) at the expense of other productive sectors such as industry and agriculture, this is addressed by the Dutch cause theory.
