Abstract EN

This research paper aims to analyze the contribution of funding systems as actors in the handicraft sector in order to achieve local development in the wilaya of Chlef.

The organizational and conceptual framework ruling the sector was also discussed as well as extrapolation and analyzing data about creating and funding small artisanal businesses to conclude that the total active registered artisans represent only 1.94% of the active population in the wilaya, and that the best system to support local development and accompany small business owner artisans in the national agency of small loans management.
