The aim of this research paper is to identify the extent to which the various administrative functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling institutions are affected by the adoption of the principles of electronic management, which is a dynamic process that continuously improves the achievement of business through telecommunication networks, especially the Internet.

We have found that these functions have acquired the electronic character that allows them to carry out various activities and tasks assigned to them efficiently and effectively.
