Abstract EN

This study came with the purpose of explaining the importance of Islamic sukuk in financing the economies of countries, and the effective role of Islamic financial instruments developed in payment of the pace of economic development was reached, and this is evidenced by the presentation of the Malaysian experience in the field of Islamic finance in general and the issuance of Islamic financial instruments in particular.

The latter has become one of the complementary financing alternatives to the traditional financing instruments, which clearly contributed to the economic development of the State of Malaysia
