The aim of this study is to show an important and modern topic on the international arena, namely" the new regionalism", and because of the novelty and importance of the subject on the one hand, and the lack of Arab studies of such concepts and literary trends in the field of trade and economics to analyze this phenomenon on the other hand, In addition to the impact of the international economic changes that the world experienced in the last two decades of the twentieth century in the coup of balance of power between countries, followed by the most prominent role of foreign trade in directing these international economic relations, and here brought about changes in economic concepts, social and even political, The so-called economic blocs among nations so that communities can coexist and merge into a regional entity that is in line with the phenomenon of what is known as the "new regionalism".
