This article focuses on the study of the reality and dynamics of non-agricultural activities and the territorial development in Sidi el Makhfi and Tigrigra, these two communities having experienced profound socio-spatial transformations, which have contributed the decline of transhumance, and the transition to stability and intensification of agricultural activities, and the tendency to rely on non-agricultural activities.

the latter have become an economic and social alternative, and a support for territorial development given the increasing pressure on territorial resources, as part of the local population's search for new forms of management of its resources and adaptation to transformations.
