The importance of financial evaluation of the institution investment projects is increasing, especially in light of the assured environment, day after day due to the greater role of investment projects and the multiplicity and diversity of investments and investors in them and their entry into what is known as the era of globalization, as well as the increasing role of investments in economics, especially productivity, financial and services, and the accompanying of a tremendous expansion in the activities that it engages in, making the management of those institutions and their investors in constant need of financial information and indicators to guide them in making their investment decisions, which are only achieved through the existence of financial evaluation criteria for investment projects.
