Money was and still the core of interest to the human because it is the focus of attention in order to use and fill his needs and desires, and contribute in the construction of the society.

And among the actions which characterize the members of the society and participate in its development are their doing of charitable work through donations, we find El wakf.

El wakf is a lawful system existing by itself, and its origin refer to the Islamic law.

It aims to confine the eye on the rule of Allah and expend its rent on one of the sides of the good.

The state has interfered in the management of the affairs of EL wakf in order to maintain it and enact its developmental role in society, since it includes the different kinds of riches like lands, real estates and money as it embodies also the different domains of life whether religious, economic, social and cultural.

It also represents the faces of the contributions on which grounded the operations of development which leads to push the wheel of the economic development forward
