Summary: Cash deposits are of several types, and what matters in this study are those that are limited to the check account and what is also called “the account upon inspection, or the check account, ” which is considered as one of the sources of formation in exchange for the fulfillment of the check.

It is considered one of the most important banking operations that depend on depositing a cash amount, and it is an agreement to settle the transactions that take place between the bank and the drawer, and it includes the bank's commitment to serve its customer's treasury, and the principle is that it is always a creditor in favor of the customer.
