ANGEM.

This study aims to shed light on the fiscal stimulus policies applied in Algeria and its contribution to the promotion of productive investment.

On the grounds that it could be a strategic alternative to hydrocarbons depend on it in the process of economic diversification.

To reach this goal; we have relied on the most important mechanisms that support the policy of fiscal stimulus adopted by Algeria in order to develop and encourage investment and facilitate the establishment and financing of institutions; similar to ANDI, ANSEJ, and ANGEM agencies.

and we tried to highlight the role played by these agencies in attracting those who want to invest through the benefits and funding granted by them, and how this contributed to increase in investment projects and reducing unemployment.

The study concluded that the fiscal stimulus policies had a positive contribution in attracting investors on the one hand, and raising the job positions on the other hand.

However, it remains a small contribution and does not live up to the desired and expected level.
