Airports play a vital role in the country's economy and serve as an engine for local, regional and national development.

In the current context, airports are encouraged to increase revenues to finance operational investments, maintain an acceptable level of service for airport users and contribute to local development.

Through the study of Oran airport, this research aims to study the factors that influence the evolution of airport revenues in order to improve the performance indicators.

The development of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues requires the development of a new independent marketing strategy to guarantee the real needs of the customer and the development of commercial activities (diversification and continuous improvement of services adapted to the specificity of the environment), ddevelopment of air transport services by combining traditional airline models and low-cost airlines (increase of frequency and opening of new companies) as well as the optimization of real estate capacities.
