The banking sector is the most important sectors affected by the knowledge economy, where all services have changed to electronic services and are fast becoming the achievement and high quality.

Through our study of this research we were able to determine the relationship between the development of banking services and a transition to a knowledge economy, where the results showed the field study at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Agency and the Directorate of Biskra, that each of the production of knowledge in the banks and the application of organizational learning and and a sophisticated infrastructure of information technology and communication have a close relationship with the development of banking services
