Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the contribution of corporate governance principles in the application of total quality management from the standpoint of tires in cement organization batna, With a target size of 70 tires, and distributed questionnaires were retrieved 60 questionnaires valid for statistical analysis by 27.58 %.The study found a number of findings, including : the existence of a strong correlation between the independent variable of the principles of governance dependent variable of total quality management relationship, lack of contribution to the adoption of the principle of all : the rights of shareholders and equitable treatment of shareholders and responsibilities of the Board of Directors in the application of total quality management.

While contributing to the adoption of the principle of all: disclosure and transparency and the role of stakeholders, and the presence of an effective framework of governance in the application of total quality management
