تحليل فعالية البرنامج الوطني لتأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الاقتصاد الجزائري : دراسة تقييمة للفترة (2007 2017)‎

Abstract EN

In order to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), since 1999, Algeria has adopted a series of programs to improve its competitiveness in accordance with the requirements of economic openness, which was reflected in the conclusion of the Association Agreement with the European Union.

Some of these programs are national, such as the National Program for the upgrading of Industrial Establishments and the National Program for the upgrading of Small and Medium Enterprises, including international conventions such as the MEDA programs.

This research aims on one hand to study and evaluate the effectiveness of the national program for the upgrading of SMEs, and on the other as the most comprehensive program and the most recent program in this field.

The research concluded that the effectiveness of the results of the national program for the upgrading of small enterprises and the average in the Algerian economy was relatively weak during the period (2007 - 2017), and the results of the program remained weak despite the amendments made to the program during the successive periods until 2017.
