The aim of the study is to demonstrate the importance of adopting e-administration by government institutions.

E- administration is an integrated system that transforms traditional work into digital work based on powerful information systems that help to make rational decisions 1) as quickly as possible 2) with reducing administrative costs, 3) raising the quality of its performance, 4) And reducing administrative bureaucracye negative effects; 6) It can also impliment and reinforce transparency in governance and facilitale the auditors functions.

7) e-administration allows the elimination of queues and the problem of all communication with citizens.
