Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the level of occupational stress among paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation, and to know the significance of the differences attributed to the gender variable and the professional experience variable among the study sample, which consists of (45) paramedical in anesthesia workers at the University Hospital Center of the Wilayat of Batna The researcher used the occupational stress scale prepared by Karasek Kresak.

The study yielded the following results: - There is a low level of occupational stress among the paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress due to the sex variable among paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational fatigue due to the variable of professional experience of paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation.
